StockmasterCo provides owner’s representation, consulting, and project management for purpose-built broadcast and media environments

We steward the creation or refresh of traditional studios, XR stages, and virtual production spaces, on projects of every scale, from an executive podcast studio to full broadcast and media facilities

About

StockmasterCo brings deep expertise at the intersection of broadcast, media, design, and construction.

Broadcast and media projects often unite teams with very different priorities and vocabularies—from studio performance requirements to the practical demands of design and construction.

Brian Stockmaster has built his career across both worlds. With experience in scenic fabrication, project management, and operations leadership, along with a certification as a building contractor, he understands not only how a studio should function, but how it is successfully delivered.

As an owner’s representative, he helps align clients, architects, designers, contractors, and integrators around a shared vision while protecting the client’s interests at every stage.

Approach

Helping leaders in the creative industry explore their best ideas and bring them to life

The work starts with understanding the use cases and workflow. What is the client trying to convey, to whom, and why? Why does the project matter to the organization, and what does it mean to the person championing it? Those answers are what separate a studio that may sit underused from one that user groups are competing to get into.

Brian believes the best results come from collaborative teams. Bringing the execution, management, and fabrication teams into the process early lets them understand those goals and priorities from the start — so when the work inevitably meets its constraints, the team can solve problems in ways that still serve the vision.

Beyond broadcast and media, StockmasterCo consults on and manages creative interior fabrication for theatre, museum exhibits, immersive spaces, and branded environments, bringing the same owner’s-representative rigor used for broadcast studios to each project.

Testimonials

“Brian was an invaluable partner during the FOX4 studio set design project. From the beginning, he created a collaborative atmosphere where ideas could be shared openly and refined together. As an architect, I appreciated that he welcomed design input and treated every team member as a valued contributor. I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions, knowing he would be available, thoughtful, and engaged. His professionalism, communication skills, and inclusivity in the design process made the project run smoothly, and I would gladly work with him again on future studio and theater projects”
