As Senior Project Manager, Brian helped lead the firm’s engagement from the building concept phase, collaborating with Corgan on studio sizing, spatial configuration, adjacencies, and workflow.
The project includes four studios totaling more than 7,000 square feet, including a future XR studio and a dedicated digital studio.
Brian directed the scenic design process and managed the integration of scenic and scenic AV coordination into the overall project documentation, working closely with Corgan and a multidisciplinary team of structural, MEP, civil, landscape, broadcast technology, acoustic, and lighting consultants. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2026.
