As Broadcast Team Project Manager, Brian led the broadcast scope of two-city media studio deployment
A control room and seven camera-ready ancillary spaces in New York spanning multipurpose rooms, event space, podcast, and common areas, as well as a studio with its own control room and an additional shooting space in Orlando. The two control rooms were designed to operate in tandem, enabling the client to manage cameras and production from either location.
The New York scope was also integrated into the client’s broader relocation in Manhattan. Brian oversaw the integration of all broadcast-related construction infrastructure, including MEP, acoustics, and associated systems, into the overall project documentation, coordinating closely with architectural, technical, and specialty consultants. He also scheduled and supervised installation and was on site for the first live use in both locations.
