Two broadcast environments delivered on an accelerated six-month schedule

As Senior Project Manager, Brian led the delivery of two complementary broadcast environments for NASCAR

The work included a branded scenic studio with integrated AV technology, an XR stage designed for immersive production, and coordination with NASCAR on related facility upgrades, all completed on an accelerated six-month schedule.

Both studios required close coordination across creative, technical, and production teams, with the XR build integrating LED displays, virtual production systems, and broadcast camera technology from multiple specialty vendors. Brian also scheduled and supervised installation and was on site for launch day.
